I didn't see this one in the theatre because of the low ratings the movie was receiving, but I was really pleasantly surprised when I saw it on DVD. For a somewhat over the top monster movie it was just good fun.
Johnson was good and it was actually seriously funny at times. The scientific background was total and utter crap but me and the kids loved it nonetheless. The crocodile scaling that skyscraper, yeah right.
But hey, it was supposed to be fun and the makers really succeeded at that. Good ol' George, *chuckle*.
