This delivers what is says it will. My real problem was that a reason behind his actions was never clearly established. Hints are provided, but even if that was his motivation it was weak reasoning to say the least.
Had this guy really had a reason to be pissed off, this may have packed a bigger punch. Instead, shock value theater IMO.
