Ok, so eugenics is a horrible way to deal with our problems. This film seems to point to the ugliness of population control but then seems to be all for it. A insane glimpse of an insane idea. There is nothing redeeming about this film. The acting, directing, editing, sound and effects are all well below par. But is that the point. Is it meant to be put far enough out of believability so as to not spark a real idea in someones mind?
Its like Taxi Driver if it was made by preteen communists. Yeah, thats it.
