The description, "A man with a thirst for revenge builds a full body armor from Kevlar and goes on a killing spree," pretty much summarizes the whole movie. That is, this movie isn't much more than a sociopath who constructs an armor suit and goes on a killing RAMPAGE.
The end does poorly attempt to justify or give a reason for the movie but is ineffective. An average movie but a very passable average movie at the same time.
