Uwe Boll at his finest? I don't know if that's a compliment or not. The cinematography and lighting will give you a headache. If that doesn't give you a headache, maybe the "plot" will.
In all honesty, the movie has its share of good unintentional laughs and the story is somewhat engaging if dumb: basically a guy goes around and kills lots of people for no reason. It's a horrible movie, but it works as dumb entertainment if you watch with friends.
