No, no, no, no, no and NO. Selena Gomez as Beezus was possibly the worst move any casting director in the movie industry has ever made. She is so unlike the character in the book that it completely destroys anything that could have been enjoyable about this movie.
I sincerely hope Beverly Cleary doesn't watch this. The casting of Ramona is the only thing about it that's not a complete travesty.
