Review of Ramona and Beezus (2010) by David B — 21 Dec 2012

I wasn't expecting too much of the wizards of waverly star Selena so I started watching this just because my daughter likes her and said the film was good. She was so right. The film is refreshingly honest about modern life and very funny where it intended to be.

The main star is a 9 year old girl and she is fabulous. Selena turns in a very impressive big sister act and the romance is really quite tear jerking. Awesomely well put together light hearted family entertainment with refreshingly non-corny plot.
