Rambo Last blood is basically 2 movies. The first part being a half-way decent rescue movie against a Mexican cartel. The 2nd movie is basically a horror-fans fantasy... watch these 18 men all die 1 by 1 by the gruesome monster! It sure seems like the writers just gave up one day or the budget ran out, so they tacked on the 2nd part.
But... for a series finale, it was still probably an ok way to go out. The montage during the credits was a nice touch.
