All they had to do was pull off another Rambo 4; literally the bare minimum thing to do. But they couldn't even manage that.
Terrible pacing, CGI that might actually be worse than 4's, completely meaningless characters outside of Rambo himself, and a finale and ending that feels rushed and dissatisfying when compared to the previous entries. Not to mention the trailers spoiled all of the good parts, straight up.
