Review of Rambo III (1988) by Jeremy H — 02 Jul 2011

Easily the worst of the Rambo movies, number 3 moves makes a drastic move from the forest and jungles of the first two films and instead throws in more Soviet hate in the country of Afghanistan.

While there are more explosions and gunfire, the action is somewhat boring when compared to the first two films and consists mostly of giant soviet helicopters blowing up afghan buildings and gunning down afghan rebels.

I think the film would have been better had Stallone had yelled more.
