Review of Rambo III (1988) by Bob L — 02 Oct 2008
Ok. After sitting through the trilogy, I can recomend skipping the 2nd movie, which only adds the fact that a woman who fell for him gave him a necklace for luck (which he quickly gives away in this instalment).
Storywise, it's as flimsy as the last one, but much better cinematography and OTT action makes it as watchable as a Die Hard. Its gorier, more violent and at times laughable, but they have gone for the epic look in this and it helps alot.
