Review of Rambo III (1988) by Deb S — 03 Feb 2010
Col. Trautman (Richard Crenna) offers Rambo a mission in Afganistan to help freedom fighters battle the Russians. Rambo declines and Trautman goes it alone. He is captured and tortured, and Rambo has to rescue his only friend now from an evil Russian general in Afghanistan. Rambo is definitely a one man army. I mean who else can blow up a helicopter with a bow & arrow?
Rambo III, is a over-the-top brutal action film, that is right at home with the rest of Sylvester Stallone's work from the 1980s.
