Review of Rambo III (1988) by Kimberly B — 05 May 2008
Probably the best of the series, action-wise, although the first still takes the prize for filmmaking. The full circle theme, of Rambo rescuing Trautman like Trautman rescued Rambo in "First Blood," is well-written.
As always, the score is fantastic - one of those that sticks in your head for a week. These films are Stallone at his absolute best.
