Review of Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985) by Ryan C — 30 May 2014
One of my all-time favorite action movies and my all-time favorite Rambo movie and that is saying something. The plot is great for an action movie, but the action is better. This time you see Rambo in the jungle in Vietnam kicking butt and its just great.
When I think of Rambo I think of him in the jungle with his red bandana and machine gun. It just feels like the true Rambo. I've watched this movie over and over and I still do. It's a rare case when a sequel is better than the original but in this case it does.
It's especially a rare case when a classic like First Blood gets out-done by its sequel but this movie does it.
