Family friendly fun and good to watch with your kids. I wouldn't recommend it for a second viewing thought. The movie almost felt like a major walking advertisement but ultimately it was enjoyable enough for me to get past that.
Character wise, Ralph has dumbed down and became the most annoying main character ever.
