The last shot of the movie is a woman thinking her murderer husband with split personality disorder is behind her. As she bends down to pick up her daughter we see her husband, John Lithgow, in drag as one of his personalities, Margo, in a bright red jacket and bright red lipstick.
The wife stands back up blocking Margo and the movie ends. AWESOME! John Lithgow is fantastic.
