Review of Raising Arizona (1987) by Orlando N — 11 Jul 2010
A pretty funny tale of parenthood courtesy of the Coen Bros. This is when Cage was young and made good films, and he gives a very solid performance.Hunter is also well cast as his wife. The chase sequence is particularly memorable, although the entire film is well written.
The ending is much more touching than one would expect a Coen Bros. film to be, and is a pleasant surprise among the antics that occur during the film.
