Review of Raise Your Voice (2004) by Kristin R — 10 Dec 2011
Another day, another movie about someone who has someone close to them die, only to overcome all odds at the end. This film was better than most of its kind, with a convincing performance by Duff, who truly captured the pain suffered when losing a loved one.
Some great music as well. However the true talent in this film was Dana Davis, whose talent with a violin is on the same level as Vanessa Mae (if it really was her playing that is!) Overall, not too shabby.
