One of the finest films I've seen. Unfortunately, the DVD version of this film is a print so bad, it is almost unwatchable. A tragedy for a film as visually stunning as this film. The VHS is of much better quality.
Look for it on TV, or if you must try the DVD. This is a profound and beautiful film.
