Review of Rain Man (1988) by Michael K — 24 Oct 2011
Just got the Bluray of this and apart from the very grainy opening it was a treat. I had so hoped that they would have given it a 4K restoration but maybe a future release because it really deserves it. Picture was OK to great and the amazing soundtrack delivered in dts HD MA @ 4MB made my ears smile. This movie is in my all time top 3.

What an absolute gem this movie is. Hoffman deserved 2 oscars for his role. He got 1 ;-).
