Review of Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) by Alejandro S — 17 Nov 2012
Raiders of the Lost Ark was an intense, entertaining film. Ford's performance was really believable and the effects provided intense moments that puts the audience in suspense. The only problem, however, is the general story itself, Jones could have been absent in the film and the outcome would be the exact same, having a protagonist that doesn't affect the plot shows that there isn't any character development makes the film a tad bit bland.
Besides the passive protagonist, the film seems entertaining and fun, which would be worth a watch.
