A thrill-a-minute adventure story based on the serials of the 1940s. Greatly entertaining, lots of action and humor, with the Nazis as the villains, being fought by Harrison Ford and Karen Allen. Both sides are searching for the biblical ark of the covenant, which is believed to contain great powers.
This is one of the most popular, highest grossing movies of all time, driven by the great lead performance by Harrison Ford, who of course has never won even one oscar.
