Review of Raging Bull (1980) by Deb S — 20 Aug 2011
Watched it again recently and was so impressed with Robert De Niro's portrayal of Jake LaMotta that I had to increase my original rating. Joe Pesci as Joey La Motta was brilliant as well.
This is definitely not a "feel good" movie or a film that just touches the surface. It digs deep into it's characters and gives up the goods.
