Review of Radio (2003) by Woody W — 02 Aug 2010
A good story no doubt, but done very cutesy and stereotypical. A story about one man taking the strengths of a mentally challenged man and attempting to include him as much as possible into the world he should have already been involved in.
Along the way, the coach had to fight people more concerned with liabilities than people and a self-absorbed parent. I think the acting could have been done up a notch, along with a more unconventional narrative and script.
One of those heartwarming family movies. I liked the ending with real footage of Radio.
