You pretty much feel like you're invisible in a corner somewhere of these people's real lives, complete with all its drudgery. There are a few touching moments, but a lot of very indulgent ones.

I think Anne Hathaway can definitely act, although it was a bit hard to take her very seriously as a recovering addict ... with all the goofy roles she's played before. I found much of the first half to totally be a snoozer.

Improved in the last half.
