Review of Rachel Getting Married (2008) by Valeria P — 02 Oct 2010

I am not sure what I was expecting from this movie, but got that and much more. This intimate portrait of a family as its members struggle to put a tragic past to rest while still remembering the ties that keep them together is very touching.

I was very impressed with the portrayals by Rosemarie DeWitt, Bill Irwin, and Anne Hathaway,who shines in her first grown up performance.
