One of the best films of the decade, if not one of the best films in cinema history, Rachel Getting Married is a wonderful film filled with life, wonder, and great performances that also is devastating emotionally.
Most of all, though, why the film succeeds is the revelatory performance from Anne Hathaway. Her performance is one that needs to be seen to be believed. The mere fact that she started as a Disney star and went on to an Oscar nomination for this film is remarkable.
