I don't know why I enjoyed this so much, I found Anne Hathaway more annoying than good, even though she does get better as it goes. There was just something going on in this though, underneath all the turmoil of family crisis and bad memories, there's this undercurrent of love and good times, and people trying to care about each other even if they don't know how.
