One of the best movies of the previous decade. An engaging portrayal of the psychology of family life, addiction, and marriage. Alienation, love, lust, anger, hatred, sadness -- all portrayed realistically with no embellishment and in a tight fashion.
By that I mean there is no break, up or down, from the realistic mood set from the get-go. A truly fantastic film.
