Review of Rabbit Hole (2010) by Dawni R — 10 May 2011
A very strong family drama with tour de forces by both Kidman and Eckhart who are a couple whose lives are still reeling after the loss of their infant son 8 months earlier. Mitchell really delivers a gem of a movies which maintains a true independent tone and spirit, slow pacing but caring and engaging, almost that of a master twice his age.
Another gem of a film to coming from the Sundance class of 2010, I am surprised that Rabbit Hole didnt score more nominations for acting and cinematography or even pic of 2011.
