Review of Rabbit Hole (2010) by Tim H — 16 May 2011

A somber but very well executed look at a couple struggling to cope with the death of their young son, 8 months removed. Excellent performances from both Kidman and Eckhart. This is very well thought out and pieced together quite eloquently, and although everything comes off very straightforward, I think there are worthy discussions to be had about this one from a symbolic standpoint, or even as looked at from its take on generalities.

It's an interesting study on human psychology. I'm somewhat surprised this didn't garner more Oscar attention than it did.
