A great preimse from a koreon film maker. A horror film in a war movie! There are several problems with this film, setting aside the storyline. First of all one of the big issues is the dialogue. Koreon soldiers calling each other assholes and swearing at each other non-stop may be realistic but it gets weary and does not leave much space for any more speech or relationships to form.

However there are several moments in the film where dialogue is unimportant and there are some generally chilly moments. Tension is built up very well, as the soldiers try to find there missing comrades over a few days but it never quite matches its idol 'the blair witch project'.

Due to the fact that whereas in that film it was short, sharp and scary, this films pace is exceedingly slow. You may wonder why then I rate it an 9 and it is in the best category. This is because generally the film is extremely unsettling and though not all the acting is convincing, the shock and unexpected twists throughout will keep you hooked due to a fantastic mood.

The ending is bizzare, but after several watches it is relatively easy to see what is going on. Overall a rare and unique into the true meaning of supernatural fear in a place where fear of war alredy exists.

Great shocks and an atmosphere not abailable anywhere else.
