Review of Quo Vadis (1951) by Byron B — 30 Jun 2008
Another my girlfriend got me to watch which once again she proved she has good taste. The story is based during the time of Nero of Rome and during the wrongful perscution of christians. I thought it was a very beautiful movie and very good acting.
The Nero acter did a great job of resembling the lunatic he was and how much he did think he was a god. Deborah Kerr was a very breathtaking, beautiful woman and her red golden hair was even more beautiful.
Overall a very good depiction of how Rome leadership was insane and the main reason why their empire crumbled.
