Comparisons to Before Sunrise are appropriate, but ultimately this is a differnt, if moderately less successful, variation on the same format of developing characters and mood through conversation. Those who need a forward moving plot or overt conflict to enjoy a story will be disappointed, but if you are charmed by naturalistic depictions of young love (or at least the initial stages of it) then you must check this out.

I enjoy escapism as much as the next guy, but it is wonderfully refreshing to see something so honest and true to life as Quiet City.
