A military psychologist uncovers experimental drugs being administered leading to a threatened political campaign and murder. The American Ninja magic created by Dudikoff and director Firstenberg is unfortunately not recreated here.
Of course, I did not go into this one with those kind of lofty expectations but it still disappointed.
