Randy Quaid is officially the most annoying entity in the universe. Pathetic. It does have funny bits throughout, but I've never been a fan of Geena Davis and somehow Bill Murray doesn't elevate the material, which he really should.
The material is highly uneven and largely annoying. The concept is cool, though. I liked the way the bank robbery was done at the beginning.
