Review of Quatermass and the Pit (1967) by Tony C — 17 Dec 2007
Apart from a few naff special effects, ans a little bit of overacting, I love this movie. It begins very creepily, and there are more than a few shocks, and the climax is just awesome. It has some firts rate character actors too - namely Julian Glover and Sheila Steafel.
Also, it has Barbara Shelley, a Hammer Horror babe who commands respect.
