Maggie Smith is fabulous as always, as well as the other 3 leads--especially Billy Connolly. Yes, the story was not incredibly complex and didn't go super deep into the misery of aging, but it touched on senility and sickness with the right amount of measure.
It was a simple confection of a film that I was glad to sit through and would happily do so again!
