A sparkling gem of a movie. Wonderfully acted, sharp camera work, and crisp writing. If the plot is not exactly filled with twists and turns, getting older is pretty much like that any way. There is a spirit alive in this move, from the stars down to the entire ensemble that resonates long after you leave.
It will never make anyone's Top 10 list but when someone mentions it sometime in the future you will smile. Warmly. Not for cynics.
