Review of Quantum of Solace (2008) by Thomas H — 04 Mar 2013
As a person who previously misread this film, Quantum of Solace took my breath away with its subtle amounts of emotion compacted within sometimes boring dialogue. Nonetheless, with emotionally driven performances from Daniel Craig and relatively new actress Olga Kurylenko, Quantum of Solace fits in well as the immediate follow-up of Casino Royale, but not as good in comparison.
Breathtaking stunts and surprising reappearances of characters from its predecessor, Quantum of Solace sits nicely on my shelf next to Casino Royale and Skyfall, all the beginning of a hopeful new Bond era.
