From a technical standpoint this movie is pretty good however it's script has a lot of faults. In spite of the fact that these films take place in a fantasy world I would have liked a more realistic script and a more visceral sense of atmosphere.

..this film wasn't brutal enough. Having said that the 2nd unit direction had a gritty sense of realism that I enjoyed, with the exception of a rather superfluous plane chase, bringing some of the best fighting choreography that we've seen in a bond film.
