More Casino Royale part 2 than a stand alone adventure, and a bit more Bourne than Bond, this outing is faster paced and still a lot of fun. It's rich with locales, fashion design, and handsome sets. The action also delivers with every kind of chase you can think of and more.
It's a bit marred by a thin story, weaker villain, and over reliance in quick cutting and shaky cam, but none of which spoil the overall film.
Underrated.
