Review of Q: The Winged Serpent (1982) by Richard D — 06 Jul 2008
A really great B-film, lit up with a fantastic, sardonic and doubting David Carradine. Michael Moriarty and Richard Roundtree also lend this American violent kaiju film some class, too. Although the special effects have dated, Cohen's typically clever script and suprisingly subtle direction (considering the context) make this a classic that rises above its genre.
Highly, highly recommended. Great fun!
