I like the idea of a quetzalcoatl that terrorizes the citizens of Manhattan, but this film was so terrible. Q looked more like a dinosaur than a bird, I wanted to punch Michael Morarity in the throat, boring ganster sub-plot, etc...
If David Carradine can't redeem this film, I don't who can.
