Equal parts funny, loud and mildly annoying. Putney Swope features some pretty slick camera work and is occassionally pretty damned funny. Unfortunately, it also features some shoddy acting and Putney's voice is entirely overdubbed by Robert Downey Sr.
. I can't get behind the voice he chose. It sounds like a muppet to me.
