Much better than Shrek 3 and 4 but not as good as the first 2 Puss in Boots is a successful spin-off. It still has the charm that the Shrek films had and it appeals to an audience of all ages. It has it's funny moments and it's animation is simply beautiful.
it is slightly lacking when compared to the first two Shreks but all and all it is a good film.
