This movie gets a bit too much hate from the critics. It's not awful but it is very much flawed. I like the premise of countries and 3 letter agencies using people with extraordinary abilities to do their bidding, but instead of watching a movie based on that, we got a movie about some rouge superhumans tracking down a suitcase.
For the most part the plot makes sense, but near the end it falls apart. It could have been a disaster, and it could have been really good, but it falls into the middle of the road.
