Based on a true story, yes, it was a good plot for a movie... however, certain things bothered me..1) how long was his wife supposed to put up with his dreams when; reality check! rent and bills do need to be paid! she was working double shifts.
..2) how did she so easily give up her son? (she never heard of family court?) I mean, his upbringing w/o a dad was sad, but that makes him automatically get his son because he says so?...3) school for the son.
. and friends? Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he made it, but seems like other steps could have been taken...
