This movie's entertainment value is based solely on the fact that it's retarded. It's similar to any of the Rambo or Death Wish movies--it's so bad, it's awesome lol! I wish that this film had Thomas Jane as the Punisher (like the first film), but at least Ray Stevenson (the new Punisher) isn't as bad as someone like Seagal.
..because that would be horrible.
