Overly graphic and conceptually lacking, this movie felt like an insult to my intelligence (what little of it that I have, anyway). It's hard to pay attention to the (few) positive aspects of this movie when Frankenstein Jr.
is laughing like a maniacal idiot and the Punisher is running around town with guns/munitions fully visible, but eliciting no sort of reaction from the pedestrians; Yeah, that's definitely likely.
